Who you are buying from Valueloom is a wholesale cloth business that decided to sell to everybody at the wholesale price instead of only to the trade. We buy sarees, towels, gamcha, dhoti, innerwear and bedsheets in mill quantities — full boxes, straight off the looms of Bengal and out of the silk mills of Surat and Varanasi — and we hold them ourselves. Because the stock is ours and the box is bought at factory rate, we can put one piece and one box on the same page at prices that are only a few rupees apart per piece. There is no showroom, no agent and no minimum order dressed up as an offer. What we pay is what sets the price, and the price is printed. What you are actually buying One honest warning. A cotton saree reaches you exactly as it comes off the loom — with the extra length and the hook the mill leaves at the end. That is what an unfinished, genuine piece looks like. Cut it before the first wear.A cloth family, selling its own stock

Why both prices are printed
A cloth business normally keeps two price lists and shows you one of them. We keep one and print all of it, because the only thing we are really selling is the gap between what a shop pays and what a shop charges — and you cannot sell a gap you refuse to show.
Nothing held back for the trade
Our shop price and our wholesale price, side by side
Most shops keep two price lists and show you one. We keep one, and print all of it. Buy a single piece and you pay the shop price. Buy the box the mill packs and you pay what a shop pays. Buy a bale and you pay what a wholesaler pays. Every figure below is per piece and is live from the catalogue.
